About the role
The Chief Ambulatory Services Officer at Olympic Medical Center (OMP) leads the region's outpatient care sites, focusing on strategy, operational excellence, and growth. This role requires a transformational leader with deep expertise in ambulatory operations, strong performance metrics, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, operational excellence, and growth across OMP's outpatient care sites.
- Enhance operational efficiency, provider productivity, access to care, financial performance, and overall patient and staff experience.
- Possess a deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance, operations, and strategy.
- Act as a proactive change agent, scaling operations, standardizing systems, leading innovation, and developing high-functioning teams.
- Design and implement ambulatory strategic goals and initiatives that align with the institutional mission and strategic plan.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and create new strategies for utilizing capacity across the enterprise using a data-driven approach to identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in business or a health-related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in complex ambulatory operations or healthcare administration.
- A strong understanding of physician practices, regulatory standards, and financial management in healthcare.
- Engage in the design of ambulatory strategic goals and initiatives that align with the institutional mission and strategic plan.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and create new strategies for utilizing capacity across the enterprise appropriately.
- A deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance, operations, and strategy.
Qualifications
- Certification as FACHE is preferred.

Competitive salary range: $133,764.80 - $218,254.40
