We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Hunter's Crossing or West Broadway Avenue. Your Impact

• Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House
• Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
• Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
• Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
• Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
• Detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise
• Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals

Background Profile

• 2 years of Leadership experience (Required)
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
• Understands and embodies the mission of Chick-fil-A
