Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams of 50+ team members
• Coach and mentor team members towards growth and success
• Implement strategies to improve guest experience and reduce costs
• Manage daily operations to ensure efficient and profitable restaurant performance
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall restaurant operations
• Prepare for and participate in leadership development opportunities within Chick-fil-A

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Passion for service, people, and excellence
• Strong interest in long-term career growth, including potential Chick-fil-A LDP participation

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
