Chicago Office - M&A Mid-Level Associate

About the role

The ideal candidate will have between four and six years of M&A and private equity experience, specifically in representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in connection with all varieties of M&A and private equity transactions, including the preparation of acquisition/disposition agreements and related matters.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Illinois Bar

Qualifications

• Mid-level associate experience in corporate practice
