About the role

Home Instead is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and Alzheimer's care to aging adults in their homes. The role also includes treating and caring for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect, communicating with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner, and maintaining a valid NJ CHHA license.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Meditation and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Treating and caring for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Communicating with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Providing 6 references
• Possessing a valid NJ driver’s license and valid auto insurance and a reliable vehicle
• Completing a recent physical exam, proof of MMR and TB immunity

• Criminal background check
