Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Auxiliary daily living activities and mobility support.
• Administer medications and manage health monitoring as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs to promote health.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with clients.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including live-in shifts.
