Indiana University Health and the Indiana University School of Medicine are seeking a Chest Radiologist to join a dynamic and collaborative academic radiology practice. This faculty position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care within one of the nation's leading academic health systems while contributing to cutting-edge research, medical education, and innovation. The successful candidate will join a nationally recognized Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences and work closely with multidisciplinary teams across Indiana University Health's statewide network.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret a full spectrum of thoracic imaging studies, including:
    • Chest radiography
    • Thoracic CT and CT angiography
    • High Resolution chest CT
    • Lung cancer screening CT
    • Thoracic MRI (as applicable)
  • Collaborate with pulmonology, thoracic surgery, oncology, infectious disease, and transplant services
  • Provide consultative support to referring physicians and healthcare teams
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences
  • Teach trainees
  • Engage in scholarly activities aligned with the academic mission of Indiana University School of Medicine
  • Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

  • MD/DO
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited radiology program
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indiana
