Cherry Picker Operator / Warehouse Associate - *$16-$18

About the role

Comoto Holdings is America’s largest omnichannel platform in the powersports aftermarket-products industry, dedicated to advancing the experience of powersports enthusiasts across the globe. This role is part of the Comoto Fulfillment Network, supporting customers of RevZilla, J&P Cycles, and Cycle Gear.

Responsibilities

• Learn: Cross-train to perform daily activities across receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments, including training on various machinery, unloading and verifying shipment contents, scanning products into inventory software, picking products, weighing and labeling shipments, and reporting on delivery schedules.
• Support: Work with immediate team and occasionally support Returns, Media and Content, Employee Purchases, and Rider Support Teams (customer service).
• Sweat the Details: Identify receiving discrepancies, monitor on-time deliveries, report shipping delays, perform cycle count audits, reconcile reports to reduce mis-shipments, and examine products for damage.
• Improve Processes: Communicate concerns and ideas to leadership team to improve processes and efficiency.
