Cherry Picker 3rd Shift

About the role

As a Forklift Operator, you will use a forklift to transport merchandise to, from, and within the warehouse to put away, drop down, and rotate full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up forklift.

Earn $24.00 per hour on the 3rd shift, full-time with weekly pay in Bethlehem, PA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
• Record shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Requirements

• 2+ consecutive years’ experience operating Cherry Picker, High-Lo, or similar lift equipment
• At least six months of warehouse experience
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
• Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
• Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures

Work Environment

• Grocery (dry goods) – about 50°- 90°F
• Perishable (Refrigerated) – about 28°- 60°F
• Frozen – about -20° - 0°F
