About the role

The role of Site Administrative Manager (SAM) at Cherokee Site involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for site personnel
  • Support site safety initiatives and emergency preparedness
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll processing
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
