What You'll Do

• Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise, logical explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and overall quality
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
• Provide structured written feedback that helps improve AI model performance over time

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and deep knowledge across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required — we'll onboard you fully

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
• Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
• Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
