What You'll Do
- Design advanced chemistry problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
- Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate expert-level reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, constructive feedback that directly improves AI model performance
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subdisciplines
