What You'll Do
- Design rigorous, advanced chemistry problems that challenge AI systems across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with sound scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, high-quality feedback that directly improves AI performance
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented and comfortable providing structured, critical feedback
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Background in research or academic writing
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows
- Work directly with industry-leading large language models (LLMs) on meaningful scientific problems
