What You'll Do
- Conduct laboratory synthesis, formulation, testing, and analytical work
- Support new product development and technology projects
- Perform literature reviews and technical research
- Capture, analyze, and interpret experimental data
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and testing equipment
- Partner with scientists, engineers, and business teams to support innovation initiatives
- Contribute to safe laboratory operations and EHS programs

Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or related technical discipline
- Junior, Senior, or Master's student
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Demonstrated laboratory experience
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
