About the role

We are a manufacturing (Food & Beverage) company looking for a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to meet job objectives without compromising company policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-performance formulas for food and Beverage products
• Lead extensive product stability, container compatibility, and micro-efficacy testing
• Partner with manufacturing to scale trial-size lab batches up to commercial production volumes
• Ensure all raw materials and end-products strictly align with local and international food and Beverage regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and review the experimental design work of other chemists and lab technicians
• Check all test methods and ensure that they are valid before use
• Analyze day-to-day received samples from in-process and send reports to the proper place
• Calibrate instruments and keep the reports properly
• Ensure proper storage of all types of finished product samples
• Analyze raw materials
• Analyze market samples and make comparative study reports
• Ensure good housekeeping all around
• Ensure the air in the laboratory is free from organic carbon, dust, and corrosive vapors
• Monitor all status labels of all reagents and maintain storage conditions and records
• Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

• Experience: 2-6 years
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
• Skills: Food manufacturing, food & beverage management, laboratory management, beverage development
