But note we also have a Pay section separate. However we already listed Competitive Pay etc under Benefits. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay into Benefits? But they said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state Competitive Pay etc. Could make a Pay section separate, but then Benefits would not duplicate. However we have many benefit items that include pay-related items. Might be okay to have Pay section with those pay details, and Benefits section with other benefits. Let's separate.
Pay section: Competitive Pay, Competitive starting wage, Opportunity for two pay increases in the first year.
Benefits section: Health & Wellness Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Additional Financial Rewards, Work-Life Balance, Additional Insurance Coverage, Additional Perks.
Schedule section: shift rotation info.
Thus:
Pay
- Competitive Pay
- Competitive starting wage
- Opportunity for two pay increases in the first year
Benefits
- Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Coverage beginning on your first day; Flexible Spending Account (FSA); Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Hearing Aid Coverage
- Retirement Benefits: ESOP: 5% company-paid contribution to Employee Stock Ownership Plan; 401(k): 3% company-paid contribution; 401(k): 50% company match up to the first 6% you contribute

Schedule
- Ability to rotate between daylight, afternoon, and midnight shifts on a weekly basis
- Must be able to work daylight, afternoon and midnight shifts
We need to ensure we didn't repeat any content. The responsibilities list includes many items; we kept them.
Check for any missing substantive info: The posting also mentions "Maintain the records needed to confirm sound statistical control of plating chemistries, for current and prospective chemists" included. Good.
Also "Follow all safety and quality plans in accordance with company programs and policies" included.
Also "Maintain records including production quantities" included.
Also "Maintain all analytical equipment in the lab as well as maintain chemical & equipment supplies" included.
Also "Perform daily bath analyses and usage analysis" included.
Also "Test for concentrations using titration and ICP-OES, run hull cell panels on baths and make chemical and additive additions based upon the results" included.
Also "Troubleshoot chemical process control problems" included.
Also "Establish sampling plans for in-house material analysis to maintain statistical control and certifiability of coatings" included.
Also "Perform daily & weekly bath analyses on nickel, gold, copper, tin/lead and acids and cleaners" included.
Also "Monitor the variability of bath parameters & establish & modify control procedures" included.
Also "Analyze plating bath chemistry for various elements, using various testing and analysis methods" included.
Also "This person will be an integral member of our busy chemistry lab, with primary responsibilities to sample, analyze and document plating bath chemistry." included in About the role.
Also "This position currently requires the ability to rotate between daylight, afternoon, and midnight shifts on a weekly basis." included in About the role and Schedule.
Also "Must be able to work daylight, afternoon and midnight shifts." included in Requirements and Schedule (duplicate but okay). Might be considered duplicate but we can keep both; but instruction: "Remove duplicated lines". We should avoid duplicating the same sentence. The schedule section could just mention shift rotation; the requirement about ability to work those shifts is already in Requirements. So we could remove the duplicate line from Schedule. Let's keep Schedule just about rotation.
Thus Schedule: - Ability to rotate between daylight, afternoon, and midnight shifts on a weekly basis
Now check for any other info: "About Penn United Technologies Since 1971..." That's company description; could be considered part of About the role? Not exactly role but could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section "About the company". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The company description is not exactly about the role but could be considered part of About the role? Might be considered extra but not prohibited. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could add a section "About the company" but not allowed heading. Could incorporate into About the role as extra paragraph. Let's add a second paragraph under About the role: describing Penn United Technologies.
Thus About the role: two paragraphs.
First paragraph: opportunity description. Second paragraph: company description.
Let's craft:
