Responsibilities
- Support senior researchers with sample preparation, laboratory or field testing, and overall project execution.
- Conduct chemical product development and qualification testing using established protocols for a variety of laboratory techniques.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient lab operations.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple technical requests in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 1 year of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2 years of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based).
