We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Intro about company: "As a trusted partner, our Public Health mission..." etc. That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. Could use "About the role" for the mission and description. But we need to decide. - "YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE We Are Looking For a Chemist 2 In 3600 Eagle Nest Dr, North Building, Crete, IL 60417 USA." That's location. - "Your Mission Will Be To Purpose (Objective): ..." then bullet list of main activities. - Then "YOUR PROFILE Knowledge: ..." then bullet list of profile. - Then "Compensation Range: $24.00 - $26.00 hourly USD Full Time" - Then "Eligible Benefits Overview Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Generous paid time off (PTO) package to support work-life balance following state and local ordinances. Optional 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions. The information above provides a general overview and may vary based on specific job responsibilities, location, or other factors. Details will be clarified during the hiring process." - Then "WHY JOIN US?" with bullet points? Actually it's a paragraph with multiple reasons. We need sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We need to include only those with real content. We have location info; could be part of "About the role" or separate? Not required heading. We have responsibilities (main activities). That's a list. We have profile (knowledge, required education/qualifications, professional background). That could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to decide. We have compensation range: Pay. We have benefits: Benefits. We have schedule? Not explicitly mentioned; only "Full Time". Could infer schedule but not explicit; we should not create Schedule unless posting states it. It says "Full Time". That's schedule info? Might be considered schedule but it's not explicit hours. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Full Time". That's schedule type. Could we include Schedule section with "Full Time"? It says "Full Time Eligible Benefits Overview". So schedule is mentioned as Full Time. I'd include Schedule section with "Full Time". But we need to ensure we don't invent filler. It's real. We also have "WHY JOIN US?" which is like company culture; could be part of "About the role" or separate section like "About the company". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put it under "About the role" or maybe not include separate heading if not matching. Could incorporate into About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's structure:

Then requirements/qualifications/skills. We have "YOUR PROFILE Knowledge: ..." plus "Profile (required education/qualifications and professional background):". Could split into Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (knowledge), Skills (instrumentation). But we need to avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps combine into one section "Requirements" that includes knowledge, education, experience, skills. Let's craft:

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of microbiology to accurately perform testing procedures and obtain accurate results.
  • Basic knowledge of food science is helpful to analyze the chemical content of samples.
  • Broad knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and policies is necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience.
  • General knowledge of chemistry to perform analyses, obtain correct results and interpret data.

We could also add skills like ability to detect slight variation in shades of colors, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, etc. Those are from Work Environment. Could include in Requirements or separate Skills. Let's add them to Requirements as well. Add:
  • Ability to detect slight variation in shades of colors.

  • Ability to work in a laboratory setting with proper lighting and temperature control, occasional exposure to laboratory fumes, chemicals, and materials; wear safety equipment (gloves, lab coat, eyeglasses) as needed; use autoclave daily; expect extended time standing.
  • But that's a bit long; maybe keep as separate bullet. Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Generous paid time off (PTO) package to support work-life balance following state and local ordinances.
    • Optional 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
    Pay:

    Pay

    $24.00 - $26.00 hourly USD

    Schedule:

    Schedule

    Full Time

We should not include any fluff like "Eligible Benefits Overview" etc. We already captured. We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We need to ensure we didn't include Job ID etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Did we miss anything? Let's review original text for any other details: - "Crete Analytical Laboratory Regular (US Only) MERIEUX NUTRISCIENCES" - that's like job location/company name; we included location in About the role. - "As a trusted partner, our Public Health mission is to make food systems safer, healthier and more sustainable. Throughout our global network in 32 countries, we offer to our customers a wide range of testing and innovative solutions dedicated to preventing health risks related to food, environment and consumer goods. External growth has been a key pillar of our history with more than 40 acquisitions completed in the last 10 years. If you want to contribute to an inspiring long-term purpose, to be part of a fast growing company on a high-value market with significant build-up opportunities, and to grow in an entrepreneurial and warm environment, join us!" - included. - "YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE We Are Looking For a Chemist 2 In 3600 Eagle Nest Dr, North Building, Crete, IL 60417 USA." - we included location. - "Your Mission Will Be To Purpose (Objective): The incumbent is responsible for performing chemical analysis on food or pharmaceutical samples. The incumbent analyzes the concentration of certain components in samples. The incumbent must accurately prepare and process the samples to obtain the required results. The incumbent monitors daily activities of departmental personnel ranging from receiving samples to reporting results and ensures that analyses are performed correctly." - we didn't include that introductory paragraph before bullet list. We missed that. Need to incorporate that into responsibilities or About the role. It's part of mission. Could add as a paragraph under Responsibilities before the list, or as part of About the role. Since it's about the mission/objective, maybe include in Responsibilities as an introductory paragraph. Let's add a

    before the

in Responsibilities: "The incumbent is responsible for performing chemical analysis on food or pharmaceutical samples. The incumbent analyzes the concentration of certain components in samples. The incumbent must accurately prepare and process the samples to obtain the required results. The incumbent monitors daily activities of departmental personnel ranging from receiving samples to reporting results and ensures that analyses are performed correctly." Then the bullet list. - Also after bullet list there is "Any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner." Already included as bullet. - "YOUR PROFILE Knowledge: The incumbent must have a basic knowledge of microbiology to accurately perform testing procedures and obtain accurate results." included. - "Profile (required education/qualifications and professional background): Basic knowledge of food science is helpful to analyze the chemical content of samples. A broad knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and policies is necessary to ensure a safe working environment. Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred. Required skills: Two - five years experience. This position requires a general knowledge of chemistry to perform analyses, obtain correct results and interpret data. A basic knowledge of instrumentation and theory including HPLC, GC, and AA is helpful." included. - "Work Environment: The incumbent works in a laboratory setting with proper lighting and temperature control. Occasional exposure to laboratory fumes, chemicals, and materials will occur when in the laboratory. Safety equipment of gloves, laboratory coat and eyeglasses may need to be worn depending on the testing process. The incumbent may use the autoclave daily to complete the analysis process. Continuous lifting of analysis materials weighing up to 50 pounds are necessary to transport media materials. The incumbent can expect extended time spent in a standing position. The incumbent should be able to detect slight variation in shades of colors." We included some but not all: we missed mention of autoclave daily, safety equipment, etc.
