Responsibilities
- Manage/perform CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE
- Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for the identification and removal of CWM and/or traditional munitions
- Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, managed budgets and quality, and lead field teams during removal actions in the field
Qualifications
- BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology and or an earth science-related field
- 10+ years’ experience, including 2 years of leadership, as a Project Manager of federal projects
- US citizenship required
- USACE MMRP experience performing CWM remediation operations
- Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and been involved with the development and implementation of a DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS)
- 5+ years’ experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
- Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both oral and written
- Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work
- Experienced on MMR programs, including CWM and advanced geophysical classification
- Experience managing CWM projects for the USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal
- Demonstrated proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals
- Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully and effectively
- Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM requirements and processes
