Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop route sales representatives and delivery drivers.
• Direct and manage daily route sales operations and delivery activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Visit customer locations regularly to evaluate service quality and identify growth opportunities.
• Ride along with drivers to provide coaching, sales training, customer support, and route optimization.
• Monitor route sales performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive dealerships, appearance products, detailing operations or vehicle reconditioning services.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations, detail departments and vehicle reconditioning processes.
• Success in business development, account growth and customer retention.
• 3-5 years of sales management, route sales management, or territory management experience.
