Chemical Operator

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in forklift operations
• Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting 50 pounds
• Able to climb ladders
• Demonstrate safety and proper use of personal protective equipment

Scope Of Responsibilities And Accountability

• Perform daily production tasks for the blending, drumming, and bagging departments
• Retrieve material and supplies needed for the daily production schedule
• Operate necessary material handling equipment to service customer accounts
• Read service orders and accurately follow written instructions
• Work cooperatively with fellow employees
• Inform the department supervisor of non-conformance issues in accordance with the ISO-9001 quality program
• Work in a safe manner in compliance with regulatory training
