Responsibilities
- Play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants.
- Work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials.
- Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specs.
- Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operate mixers, pumps, and mills through analog and HMI controls.
- Use an RF Scanner to input material movements into SAP software to manage inventory and production data.
- Load and unload bulk tankers trucks and operate a spotter truck.
- Unload railcars raw materials.
- Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards.
- Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions.
- Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
- Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
- Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus!)
- 3+ years in manufacturing preferred
- Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures
- Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold
