We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. Key info: - Position: Chemical Operator - Primary Location: Colorado, DE (maybe Colorado? Actually "Colorado, DE" maybe Colorado, Delaware? but it's location) - Shift: Monday to Friday – 40 hours – Overtime - Reports to: Plant Manager - Compensation: $27 - $28 Per hour (range) - Additional note about compensation: range shown reflects targeted pay scale. Actual pay within the range depends on work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process. Posted compensation reflects base salary only and excludes bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and other incentives. - Chemtrade Benefits Highlight Booklet (some marketing text) - About This Role And About You (some prose) - Qualification Knowledge: high school diploma or GED equivalent; 1-3 years experience; forklift preferred; ability to lift 50lbs or more. - Competencies: ability to demonstrate experience using Microsoft programs, maintenance management systems and email; aptitude for mechanics; willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary. - Key Responsibilities: list many duties. - Working Environment: description. - What Chemtrade Offers You: diversity, inclusion, benefits, ERGs, work-life balance, family-friendly benefits, career growth, etc. This is benefits section. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from "About This Role And About You"), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (Qualification Knowledge maybe), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (Competencies), Benefits (What Chemtrade Offers You), Pay (Compensation), Schedule (Shift info). We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay (range) and Schedule (Monday to Friday – 40 hours – Overtime). Benefits: we have description of benefits (diversity, ERGs, family-friendly benefits, career growth). That's substantive. We need to ensure we only include sections when posting has real specific content. All these have content. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some marketing fluff about Chemtrade Benefits Highlight Booklet, "Come Work With Us At Chemtrade..." etc. That's not boilerplate but it's part of the description; we need to preserve substantive information. However, some of that is fluff but still part of the posting; we should keep it as it's substantive? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the descriptive paragraphs about Chemtrade's values, diversity, etc. That's part of Benefits section maybe. We need to avoid duplication: there are repeated statements about diversity and ERGs etc. We should keep them but maybe combine? The instruction says do not summarize away detail, but we can combine duplicate lines? It says "Remove duplicated lines". So if there are exact duplicate lines, we should remove duplicates. There are repeated paragraphs about diversity and ERGs. We should deduplicate. Let's extract the text: Job Description Position: Chemical Operator Primary Location: Colorado, DE Shift: Monday to Friday – 40 hours – Overtime Reports to: Plant Manager Compensation: $27 - $28 Per hour The range shown reflects the targeted pay scale. Learn more about Chemtrade by following us on LinkedIn or Facebook and YouTube: Chemtrade Video. #chemBO We need to remove duplicated lines. There's repetition about diversity and ERGs. We'll keep one copy maybe. Now we need to structure. Sections: - About the role: from "About This Role And About You" paragraph. - Responsibilities: from "Key Responsibilities" list. - Requirements: maybe from "Qualification Knowledge" (education, experience, physical). Could also include "Working Environment" as part of Requirements? But we have separate sections for Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - Qualification Knowledge: education, experience, forklift preferred, lift 50lbs. - Competencies: Microsoft programs, maintenance management systems, email, aptitude for mechanics, willingness to comply with safety. We could map: - Requirements: Qualification Knowledge (education, experience, physical ability). - Skills: Competencies (technical skills, aptitude). - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we should not duplicate. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualification Knowledge and Competencies into a single "Requirements" section? But they ask to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both Qualification Knowledge and Competencies, so we could have both Requirements and Skills sections. Qualifications maybe redundant; we could omit Qualifications if it's same as Requirements. But we have "Qualification Knowledge" heading; we could treat that as Qualifications. Then Skills separate. Thus: - Qualifications: from Qualification Knowledge (education, experience, forklift preferred, lift 50lbs). - Skills: from Competencies (Microsoft programs, maintenance management systems, email, aptitude for mechanics, safety compliance). - Responsibilities: from Key Responsibilities. - About the role: from About This Role And About You. - Benefits: from What Chemtrade Offers You (diversity, ERGs, family-friendly benefits, career growth, etc.) plus maybe the earlier Chemtrade Benefits Highlight Booklet paragraph (the introductory paragraph about safety, sustainability, etc.) That's also benefits/culture. We'll include that as part of Benefits. - Pay: from Compensation ($27 - $28 per hour) plus notes about range, base salary only, etc. - Schedule: from Shift: Monday to Friday – 40 hours – Overtime, plus note about intermittent 14-16 hour days for emergency operations/repairs (from Working Environment). So schedule includes regular shift and overtime possibilities. We also have Working Environment details (temperature, physical capability, climbing stairs, outside elements, rotating shifts, safety guidelines, 8-hour days with intermittent 14-16 hour days). Some of that could go under Schedule or maybe a separate section like Working Conditions, but we don't have a heading for that. We could incorporate into Schedule or Responsibilities? Probably better to include under Schedule (since it mentions shift details) or maybe a separate section like Working Environment but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Working Environment. So we need to fold that info into existing sections, perhaps Schedule (since it mentions shift, overtime, rotating shifts, 8-hour days, intermittent long days) and maybe Responsibilities (physical
