Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify raw materials by correct weight, type, and batch/lot number
- Operate mixing equipment following approved work instructions
- Monitor process parameters and collect product samples
- Record production data to meet traceability and compliance requirements
- Package finished products according to documented specifications
- Perform visual and quality inspections against defined standards
- Identify and report labeling or specification discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following EHS procedures
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years as a Production Operator or 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety rules, and quality procedures
- Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and available for shift work
Preferred Requirements
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate basic information in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Pay
The salary for this role is $26.00 per hour.
