We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to decide which sections have real content. - About the role: we have introductory paragraph: "Want to build a brighter, bolder future... As a Chemical Plant Operator I, you’ll help deliver..." Also "How You’ll Make An Impact" bullet list. Could treat that as Responsibilities. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "How You’ll Make An Impact". Also maybe other duties like "Perform additional duties as assigned". So we can put those in Responsibilities. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. - Skills: maybe combine some skill statements? Could include "Ability to simultaneously mix several tanks..." etc. But those are already in Minimum/Preferred. Could create Skills section for things like "Excellent attention to detail", "Mechanical aptitude", etc. But we must not create thin sections. Perhaps we can merge Skills into Qualifications? But the instruction says use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Skills (e.g., "Excellent attention to detail; must be able to simultaneously mix several tanks..." etc). That could be Skills. - Benefits: there is a "What’s in it For You:" paragraph describing benefits. Also later "Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive..." plus link. So we have benefits content. - Pay: there is "Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $25.55 - $38.32." So we have Pay. - Schedule: there is "Work Week & Shift: C shift, Sunday - Thursday 9:30PM to 5:30AM". So we have Schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must not include markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Want to build a brighter, bolder future and cultivate your career? Join Ecolab’s team and help create a world in which we all thrive. Ecolab is seeking a Chemical Plant Operator I to join our team in Garland, TX. As a Chemical Plant Operator I, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll be responsible for operating and controlling chemical processing systems and equipment to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities

    • Review daily mix schedules and confirm availability of required raw materials to ensure smooth production flow
    • Accurately add raw materials to mixing systems using manual methods, pumps, or automated equipment, following standard mix instructions
    • Operate mixing equipment with variable agitation to achieve consistent batch quality
    • Monitor product quality throughout the mixing and filling process, identifying and reporting any out-of-spec materials or batches
    • Partner with Quality team members to resolve batch discrepancies and ensure compliance with standards
    • Perform thorough cleaning of all mix tanks and associated equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
    • Operate forklifts, palletizers, scales, pumps, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
    • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
    • Maintain accurate production records and equipment logs
    • Contribute to a culture of safety by following all Ecolab safety protocols and participating in safety initiatives
    • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements aligned with Ecolab’s continuous improvement goals
    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations and team success

    Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year of industrial mixing or batching experience
    • 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience
    • 1 year of experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and tracking mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
    • Ability to simultaneously mix several tanks and accurately complete related documents
    • Ability to read and match numbers on shipping records, labels, raw materials and finished goods
    • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

    Qualifications

    • Experience working safely and efficiently in a chemical or manufacturing environment
    • Ability to understand systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
    • Ability to perform basic Quality Control tests (perform pH testing, take samples)
    • Excellent attention to detail; must be able to simultaneously mix several tanks and accurately complete related documents
    • Experience operating a Forklift
    • Basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical handling
    • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Experience working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    Skills

We could maybe not create Skills if content overlaps with Qualifications. But we have some skill statements not covered: "Ability to simultaneously mix several tanks..." already in Requirements. "Excellent attention to detail" appears in Qualifications. "Mechanical aptitude" appears. So maybe we can skip Skills section to avoid thin. However we have "Ability to perform basic Quality Control tests" also in Qualifications. So Skills may be redundant. Better to omit Skills section. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills.

    Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.55 - $38.32. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

    Schedule

    Work Week & Shift: C shift, Sunday - Thursday 9:30PM to 5:30AM

We also have "Plant Location: Garland, TX". Should we include that? It's location info, could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not listed as a heading option. Could add a short paragraph in About the role. Already we mentioned Garland, TX in About the role. Good. We also have "Physical Requirements Of Position Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds chest high". That's substantive; we need to preserve. Where to put? Could be part of Requirements or a separate section? Not in heading list. Could add a short paragraph under Requirements or maybe a new section "Physical Requirements". But not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to add other headings if needed, but better to fit into existing sections. Physical requirements could go under Requirements or maybe a new section "Requirements". We'll add a bullet under Requirements. Add bullet: "Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds chest high". Also note about reasonable accommodation: "Ecolab is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability." That's also substantive; could be under Requirements or Benefits? Probably under Requirements as a note. We'll add bullet. Also there is "Preferred Qualifications" we already captured as Qualifications. Also there is "About Ecolab" paragraph at end. That's company description; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list. Could add a short paragraph under About the role after the intro. We'll add another

under About the role. Also there is "Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range" we used. Also there is "Potential Customer Requirements Notice" etc. That's boilerplate legal; we should remove. Also "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)" etc. That's legal boilerplate; remove. Also "Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging" etc. That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "If you have a disability and require accommodation assistance..." remove. Thus we keep only substantive. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "How You’ll Make An Impact" bullet list we used as Responsibilities. Good. The "What’s Unique About This Role" bullet list: we haven't used that. It includes: - Be part of a team that directly supports Ecolab’s mission to protect public health and the environment - Gain hands-on experience with chemical processing systems and industry-leading safety practices - Grow in a supportive environment that values safety, collaboration, and shared success These are substantive; we should include them. Where? Could be part of About the role or Benefits? They are unique aspects of role. Could add a subsection under About the role as a

    or maybe a

under About the role. Since we already have About the role paragraph, we can add a
after it. Also there is "Minimum Qualifications" we used. Also "Preferred Qualifications" we used. Also "What’s in it For You:" we used as Benefits. Also "About Ecolab" we can add as a paragraph under About the role after the unique bullet list. Let's restructure About the role:
