Chemical Mix Technician -Day

Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities

• Set up, mix and/or deliver production chemicals used in a manufacturing or process area where accuracy of chemical composition is important.
• Works from written and verbal instructions.
• Removes and disposes of waste chemicals, solvents and acids.
• Performs maintenance of production furnaces.
• Cleans glass tubes and jungles.
• Profiles furnaces and cleans up chemical spills.

Education And Experience

• Associates or Technical degree, or 1 year Industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work with and around chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends.

Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

$41,600.00 - $43,680.00 annual

Schedule

Position will require candidate to stand, walk, push and pull and lift up to 50lbs.
