Responsibilities

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed
• Understand and operate plant equipment and processes
• Load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and all other containers
• Regularly lift 75 pounds
• Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders
• Operate forklift
• Keep work area clean
• Perform light maintenance

Requirements

• Desire and demonstrated ability to work safely and promote safety and safe work practices
• Quality conscious
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stable work history
• Preferred 2‑3 years of prior work experience
• Willing to submit to background screening
• Willing to submit to pre‑employment drug screen and physical
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well
• Aptitude to follow written and verbal instructions in detail and learn additional skills with experience
• Capacity to work in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work varying hours or shifts if necessary
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, including use of tools and equipment, preferred
• Ability to wear applicable PPE (chemical‑resistant gloves and boots, safety glasses, hard hat, face shield, full‑face respirator if required, chemical splash suit)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay

Pay range: $22‑$24 per hour. The actual pay will depend on qualifications, education, and prior experience.

Schedule

Swing shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
