This individual will support Technical Operations, manufacturing, process development, and CMC initiatives across late-stage programs. Duties / Expectations of Role Review and analyze process development and manufacturing dataAssess process performance trends and support decision makingReview batch records and technical documentationSupport process characterization and manufacturing readiness activitiesPartner with process development scientists and CDMOsAssist with technology transfer, technical reporting, and CMC documentation Mandatory Requirements BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline5-7+ years pharmaceutical industry experienceSmall molecule API development experienceBackground in Technical Operations, Manufacturing, or Process DevelopmentStrong analytical and documentation skills Nice to Have Chemical Engineering background preferredProcess chemistry experienceAPI manufacturing experienceCDMO and technology transfer experienceCommercial readiness and validation support experience Term & Start Part-time consulting engagementApproximately 20 hours per weekRemoteTarget start: can hire ASAP, latest by early 2027Potential accelerated start for exceptional candidate
