Chemical Dependency Outpatient Therapist
About the role
Join a mission-driven team delivering expert addiction counseling in an intensive outpatient program. Provide therapy, develop treatment plans, secure authorizations, resolve client issues, Coordinate program operations, managed care relations, and community outreach. Support quality outcomes, teaching, and research initiatives.

Requirements
- Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- 4+ years of substance abuse counseling experience
- Licensed as a Clinical Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (LCAS), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of chemical dependency disorders and treatment modalities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
- Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training
