Chemical Clean Operator (Trainee)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Processes detail and fabricated assemblies through chemical cleaning processes.
• Uses overhead crane to perform time sequential transfers of baskets to and from processing solutions.
• Loads and unloads parts into process baths.
• Dries parts using compressed air and ovens.
• Application and removal of maskant on details when required.
• Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulations including the use of PPE.
• Performs visual inspection of parts and assemblies.
• Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
• Reach with hands and arms;
• Talk and hear.

Repetitive Motion

• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds;
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Vision Abilities

• Close vision;
• Able to adjust focus.
