Responsibilities

• Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift.
• Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Work Experience: 2 years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field Required; 1 year of leadership experience Preferred
• Licenses and Certifications: SAFE Serve Certification ServSafe certification Upon Hire Required
