Chef Restaurant Assistant - Full Time, AC Burger Co. (Harrah's Atlantic City)
Responsibilities
- Acts as Restaurant Chef in his/her absence.
- Assists in food preparation.
- Maintains an adequate supply of food stock for restaurant needs.
- Ensures adherence to all safety policies and procedures and reports any safety hazards to Restaurant Chef.
- Maintains all facility and equipment in clean and operable condition.
- Inspects all assigned areas frequently.
- Schedules employee break periods in accordance with established procedure.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of large volume recipes, preparation, procedures and food presentation.
- Five years significant multi food outlet experience, to include experience garde manger, broiler, saucier, and ala carte functions.
