Chef Manager - Convention Center

About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee culinary operations, team development, and ensure excellent customer service. Reporting to the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage kitchen staff
• Supervise culinary activities
• Estimate food needs and purchasing
• Develop and standardize recipes
• Maintain presentation standards and plan menus
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance
• Oversee catering events and culinary demonstrations

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Post-high school education or equivalent
• Preferably a culinary degree
• Advanced knowledge of food principles and management skills
• Strong communication skills
