Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing or service environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive or related industries.
- Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 quality management systems.
Pay
$65,000 - $68,000 / year
