CHEF- EVENTS (SUB SEASONAL)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events and ensuring smooth operations during the sub seasonal period at Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Manage event schedules and logistics
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports and maintain records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in event management or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with event planning software
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$43,350 – $71,070 (based on full-time hours)

Schedule

Monday thru Thursday: 8am–1am
Friday thru Sunday: 8am–3am
