OTE £16.71 - £17.20 per hour, including tronc.
Hours
40 hours per week over 5 days, including paid overtime.
About the role
We are now recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our Village Pub, located across the road from THE PIG in the Cotswold. From the team behind the multi award-winning PIG hotels, The Village Pub is our version of a British Pub. It's all about English country charm, where the beauty of the place is in its simplicity. With crackling fires, friendly locals gathered at the bar, and a menu brimming with nostalgic classics that give a sense of comfort and home-cooked familiarity - with a serious wine list to match!
Responsibilities
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie, within a similar establishment is required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and energetic kitchen environment.
- Keep to timescales and ensure the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard.
- Roll your sleeves up and get stuck in where needed, including the cooking of meat, fish, preparing cold starters, and supporting with the pastry service by sending out desserts.
Qualifications
Experience as a Chef de Partie or enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie, within a similar establishment is required.
Skills
Enthusiasm, knife skills, and a strong work ethic.
