Part time, permanent role at Kew Gardens Hotel (Richmond). Salary: up to £13.75.

We make almost everything from scratch, so this is a role for a Chef de Partie who has experience working with fresh ingredients and a love for preparing quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes.
• Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality dishes to guests on time.
• Run a section of the kitchen independently.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, fresh food pub or restaurant.
• Willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Confidence in running a section of the kitchen independently.
• Experience working with fresh ingredients.
