We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Cuisine to join our dynamic team at Earls. Responsibilities
- Strategically recruit, onboard, and develop the next generation of Sous Chefs and high-performing culinary partners
- Maintain active oversight of all Back-of-House operations to ensure flawless service execution and uphold key profit metrics
- Master and utilize Earls' selection, development, and recognition programs to cultivate an engaging and supportive experience for all kitchen leaders and partners
- Drive improved business results by developing and implementing collaborative, strategic action plans with the entire kitchen leadership team
Requirements
- Required experience in a Chef de Cuisine or comparable culinary leadership role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills to actively develop Sous Chefs and the next generation of high-performing BOH leaders
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging kitchen culture for your team members
- A drive for continuous growth, with an active openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
- Drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams
- The ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- The ability to legally work in the United States
