About the role
The Right Candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality food and excellent customer service to residents and families.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow cooking instructions
- Communicate effectively with employees, residents, and vendors
- Show genuine appreciation for seniors and be willing to learn
- Show passion for serving residents, guests, and co-workers
- Show an eye for quality and innovation in food preparation
Qualifications
- 1 year of "scratch" cooking experience required
- Experience sautéing, grilling, pantry prep, and other kitchen tasks
- Pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
- Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
- Senior Living experience is a plus, but not required
Work schedule
