Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid the Culinary team in testing existing, new, and in-development recipes according to the established protocol.
- Record recipe testing results in the database and share these results with key stakeholders.
- Support the Culinary, Engineering, and Product Management teams with testing protocols and the execution of tests.
- Perform shopping, ingredient inventory, and kitchen maintenance duties as scheduled.
- Prepare ingredients and supplies for culinary projects.
- Ensure the test kitchen is orderly, organized, and clean for efficient use and recipe testing.
- Offer assistance with recipe and/or machine training for internal and external partners.
- Provide support for all internal and external events, as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-1 years of related culinary experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

Physical Demands
- Sit up to 8 hours per day, with frequent walking and standing.
- Requires visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading documents, reports, and emails.
- Repetitive hand movements for tasks like typing or assembly.
- Fine motor skills for precise work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending and reaching motions.
