Duties & Responsibilities

  • Aid the Culinary team in testing existing, new, and in-development recipes according to the established protocol.
  • Record recipe testing results in the database and share these results with key stakeholders.
  • Support the Culinary, Engineering, and Product Management teams with testing protocols and the execution of tests.
  • Perform shopping, ingredient inventory, and kitchen maintenance duties as scheduled.
  • Prepare ingredients and supplies for culinary projects.
  • Ensure the test kitchen is orderly, organized, and clean for efficient use and recipe testing.
  • Offer assistance with recipe and/or machine training for internal and external partners.
  • Provide support for all internal and external events, as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-1 years of related culinary experience
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Physical Demands

  • Sit up to 8 hours per day, with frequent walking and standing.
  • Requires visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading documents, reports, and emails.
  • Repetitive hand movements for tasks like typing or assembly.
  • Fine motor skills for precise work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
  • Frequent bending and reaching motions.

Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
