Cheesemonger Supervisor - Huron Ave Shop
About the role
We are seeking a full-time cheesemonger with supervisory experience to join our team. You will work closely with existing staff to provide delicious cheese and exceptional service to our customers. You will have access to a wide variety of cheeses and other specialty products.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of cheesemongers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with existing staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
- Anticipate and resolve issues on a proactive basis
- Collaborate with department leads, store management, and customers
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements
- At least one year in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a specialty food retail or wholesale environment
- History of providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional work ethic
- Equally exceptional skills in working with people of various backgrounds
- The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A passion for food
- A drive to learn the extensive selection we have to offer
