Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily maintenance schedule and confers with shift personnel
• Maintains superior internal and external customer relations, consistent with company policies
• Affords assistance in the training, development and evaluation of maintenance personnel; in conjunction with Shop Manager
• Ensures maintenance facility conforms to prescribed standards of safety and cleanliness
• Affords assistance in the investigation, reporting and initiation of corrective actions for accidents and job related injuries

Physical Demands

• This position requires the ability to perform supervisory and administrative duties in a maintenance and service center environment
• Duties may include standing, walking, observing work activities, using computer and communication systems, and occasionally assisting with or overseeing equipment maintenance and safety-related tasks
