About the role
As a Cheese Specialist, you are friendly and ambitious with a love for cheese, wine, and food. You are the face of the Company and have a knack for working with the public. When you’re not assisting customers, you are constructing creative merchandising displays including sales cases and floor displays to sell and educate customers on the latest trends.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with cheese selections and provide education on products.
- Construct creative merchandising displays, including sales cases and floor displays.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cheese and food to educate customers.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of working with cheese in a retail or grocery store.
- Passion for food, especially cheese, and a natural ability to sell.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take pride in your work, whether big or small.
- Enjoy helping customers and fellow associates.
