Pay

• Starting wage of $20.33
• Two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00–$1.50
• Shift differential + double time on Sundays

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate the cheese shred machine
• Safely and efficiently operate the lift machine
• Work in multiple areas of the Cheese Make Room as directed
• Assist Belt and Cooker Operators during disassembly for CIP operations and final clean-up to prepare for the next run

Requirements

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Previous cheese-making experience preferred
