Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rates ranging from $18.25 to $25.25 per hour depending on position. Many premium positions are available!
• $1,000 retention bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
• Eight (8) paid holidays and two (2) floating holidays per year; employees are eligible for holiday pay on the first day of employment.
• No weekend shifts.
• Health, dental, and vision coverage as well as company-paid life insurance beginning on the 1st day of the month after 60 days of employment.
• Competitive premium rates and a company funded HRA option
• 401k plan with a generous company match; if you contribute 5% of your pay, Gilman will match 4%!
