About the role
Responsible for leading and motivating students in cheerleading activities at Riverview Middle School.
Responsibilities
- Organize and lead cheerleading practices and competitions.
- Encourage and develop student leadership skills through cheerleading.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for all participants.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in coaching or working with youth is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for supporting student development and achievement.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic cheerleading techniques and routines.
Pay
$13.20 per hour
Schedule
Evenings and weekends as needed, including some Saturdays.
