About the role

Experiences and Adventures for All Abilities is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. This role is responsible for creating and facilitating programs that promote inclusion and accessibility for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inclusive programs that cater to diverse abilities and needs.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure all activities are accessible and enjoyable for all participants.
• Provide training and support to volunteers and staff on disability awareness and inclusion practices.
• Assist in the coordination of events and activities to ensure they are accessible and welcoming to all.
• Maintain records and reports related to program activities and participant feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in inclusive environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
