Check-In/Check-Out Representative - Emerald Clinic

About the role

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department at Emerald Clinic. This position is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health (FCH).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments.
• Maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Requirements

• High School/GED level education.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a medical office setting.
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Certified Medical Interpreter is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be available for a flexible schedule including 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, with the opportunity for evenings and rotating Saturdays.
