Check-In Assistance for Football Tournament - Elizabethtown, KY

Responsibilities

• Greet spectators as they arrive and during the event
• Scan spectator QR codes and distribute wristbands
• Maintain order by monitoring returning spectators and verifying valid event wristbands at re-entry points
• Aid the event director with any necessary assistance

• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
• Technical Requirements: Must have a fully charged laptop and charger, with experience in Google Sheets and Docs
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age
• Physical Requirement: Must be able to stand for up to an hour at a time during your shift

Pay

You will be paid $15/hour for this position.

Schedule

• Saturday, February 28th: 6:30am to 8:00pm
• Sunday, February 29th: 6:30am to 5:00pm
