About the role

As a Dispatcher at Prinsco, you play a key role in ensuring that deliveries are made safely, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities include coordinating and dispatching product deliveries, communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams, building efficient schedules, and supporting driver readiness.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and dispatch product deliveries following safety and DOT requirements
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Build efficient schedules and consolidate loads to meet customer needs
• Support driver readiness by monitoring qualifications and certifications
• Stay organized, accurate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service or coordination experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort using computers and Excel
• Ability to problem solve, stay organized, and collaborate across teams
